- Hi
- I'm using a external "DataFlex "RAPIER V32bis+ with FAX ".
- Recently decided to check if I was getting the best out of my hard
- ware.
- I had a look inside the box and identified the following chips;
- RC144DPL C2900-12
- R6640-12 ROCKWELL
- ROCKWELL 92 9241 A20935-2
- 9314 A25558-3 MEXICO
- MEXICO
- (I think they are made by Rockwell :-).
-
- Win95 only offers two driver options under Rockwell and one of those
- is for a PCMCIA device. I've set up using the remaining option a
- 14,4..Data-Fax Modem. Is this the best I can do by my hardware?.
-
- The U.K. manufacturer DATAFLEX ( not to be confused with a U.S.A.
- company with the same name) is apparently to busy finding new
- customers to replace the old one's they are losing to be of any
- assistance. :-/
-
- Remember "Its help a Brit' a bit week"
